Anika Kamińska - traditional dance instructor from West Africa (Guinea, Mali, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Senegal). She gained her dancing skills by working with ballet dancers in Mali, Burkina Faso and Guinea as well as with the best dancers in Europe and Poland.

He conducts regular afrodance classes in Warsaw, as well as afro workshops with live drums accompaniment in cities all over Poland and at various types of festivals.

AFRODANCE is pure joy and celebration of life

Afrodance will awaken your strength. You will go into high gear, we will stimulate your circulation, your heart rate and breathing will accelerate and you will feel a rush of endorphins.

These are definitely workshops for those who love movement and rhythm, look for space in the body and want to explore it.

African dance is joy and expression.

Afrodance is a very spontaneous and natural form of movement. Many of the steps and movements characteristic of him were born from imitating the activities of everyday life, or the desire to emphasize the values and characteristics of the dancing sex, such as the strength of men, agility, speed and agility of young girls, sex appeal and gentleness of young women, or the dignity and elegance of older women. Learning this dance is also learning African folklore and rhythms. The energy and joy that come from the unrestrained movements danced to the rhythm of trance music of the drums have made this dance more and more popular in Europe and around the world.

They have been dancing it not only for several years

native people of Africa, but also dancers and choreographers who want to get to the origins of dance.
